Internship Duties

• Manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
• Support salary negotiations during hiring processes.
• Execute administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Organize and manage employee events and celebrations.
• Assist in recruitment and provide updates on new company locations linked to expansion efforts.
• Provide assistance to the director, including serving as a personal assistant.
• Conduct cold calls and schedule appointments for sales management.
• Participate in client meetings, conferences, seminars, and trade exhibitions both domestically and internationally.
• Monitor team growth and performance in diverse cities.
• Coordinate office marketing reels and represent Osumare at various events.
• Welcome and attend to visitors at the office.
• Lead campus recruitment drives.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Candidates applying should be prepared for a full-time in-office internship commencing between August 11 and September 15, 2026, with a commitment of six months. Applicants with backgrounds in psychology, human resources, mass media, communication, or journalism will be given preference. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to INR 10,000. Participants will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and enjoy a casual dress code environment.
