This internship offers a hands-on role as a Customer Service representative at Breakout, Bangalore's pioneering real-life interactive escape game. Interns will engage directly with customers, managing inquiries through multiple channels and ensuring a smooth booking process while maintaining detailed records and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Accurately document all reports, follow-ups, and customer bookings.
- Provide consistent updates on call activities and results to the supervisor.
- Convert incoming customer interactions into confirmed bookings, prioritizing high satisfaction levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available full-time onsite for the internship duration of six months, starting between August 21 and September 25, 2026.

Compensation and Benefits
