Internship Overview and Responsibilities
This internship is designed to potentially evolve into a full-time position based in Mumbai or remote, contingent on the intern's performance and mutual alignment. The selected individual will engage in hands-on content creation and social media marketing activities, including crafting and editing short videos, designing graphics and ad creatives, managing marketing collateral, and supporting new trip initiatives. Daily duties revolve around producing engaging Instagram and Meta content, maintaining consistent brand visuals, curating travel content and testimonials, as well as aiding in event coverage and founder communications on digital platforms.
Key Tasks
- Produce and edit Instagram Reels and other short-form travel videos.
- Design Instagram carousels, stories, posts, and trip announcement visuals.
- Transform raw travel footage into captivating content for social media.
- Create static and video creatives for Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop brochures, decks, and marketing materials for trips.
- Assist in executing creative strategies for trip launches.
- Repurpose traveler-generated photos, videos, testimonials, and user-generated content.
- Generate content that recaps trips and supports ongoing marketing.
- Maintain the brand’s visual style and support founder-led posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy for different campaigns.
- Organize a library of photo and video content assets.
- Research current content trends and brainstorm innovative marketing ideas.
- Occasionally document content at events or trips.
Candidate Profile and Additional Requirements
This role suits candidates who are passionate consumers of content on platforms like Instagram and YouTube and who grasp what makes digital content compelling. Applicants should possess a refined visual sensibility, be confident with short-form video editing, and capable of designing sleek graphics without excess. Eligibility and Internship Details

Stipend and Perks
A monthly stipend from INR 10,000 to 20,000 will be provided. Additional benefits include a certificate, letter of recommendation upon completion, flexible working hours, and a five-day work week.
