Developed a welfare-focused AI solution concept to identify stress and fatigue risk using sleep, workload, duty intensity, leave, social support, and family separation indicators. Explored feature engineering, LightGBM-based risk prediction, and SHAP explainability.

Built an ML pipeline using the Diabetes 130-US Hospitals dataset, including preprocessing, EDA, and Logistic Regression with and without L2 regularization. Evaluated using precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC, confusion matrix, and threshold analysis.
