About
I am a B.Pharm graduate with an academic background in drug discovery and in-silico drug design. I have completed my final-year project in molecular docking and protein–ligand interaction analysis. I have basic practical knowledge of Protein Data Bank (PDB), AutoDock, and SwissTargetPrediction. I am familiar with protein structure retrieval, molecular docking workflows, target prediction, and the interpretation of protein–ligand interactions. I am eager to apply my knowledge in pharmaceutical research, computer-aided drug design (CADD), molecular docking, and computational drug discovery. I am looking for an entry-level opportunity or paid internship where I can develop my technical skills, gain practical research experience, and contribute to drug discovery projects. Key Skills: Molecular Docking | AutoDock | PDB | SwissTargetPrediction | Protein–Ligand Interaction Analysis | In-Silico Drug Design | Drug Discovery Research | Scientific Literature Review I am a motivated learner who is willing to learn new tools and techniques and work collaboratively with research teams. I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in CADD, molecular docking, and pharmaceutical research.
