Smart Hospital Queue Management System ↗

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Docker, nginx, CI/CD

Built a full-stack MERN queue management system that reduced estimated patient waiting time by 40% through real-time scheduling. Implemented role-based access control for 2 user types (patients and staff) with separate dashboards. Developed 4+ REST APIs for appointment booking and queue tracking. Containerized the app with Docker multi-stage builds and deployed it through a CI/CD pipeline to a cloud server behind an nginx reverse proxy. Integrated Hindsight, an agent memory library, to power an AI Patient History card on the doctor dashboard and ran Hindsight via Docker Compose with a Groq-hosted LLM.

Built a web platform connecting food donors and recipients, reducing food wastage through efficient request-donation matching. Developed food listings, donation requests, and coordination workflows, with MongoDB as the primary database. Automated deployment with a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline to a Dockerized production environment with an nginx reverse proxy.
