Developed a machine-learning application for symptom-based prediction using a Decision Tree classification model and prepared symptom data for prediction. Integrated the trained model into an interactive Streamlit application, stored prediction-related information in SQLite, and created visualizations for results and dataset insights.
Placement Readiness Intelligence

Built an end-to-end ML system using 15,000 synthetic engineering-student records to analyze career readiness and predict placement outcomes. Performed preprocessing and EDA, then compared Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and HistGradientBoosting models using classification metrics. Achieved 83.7% F1-score with HistGradientBoosting and analyzed feature importance across academic, technical, project, internship, and soft-skill attributes. Developed a Streamlit interface providing placement predictions and personalized career-readiness recommendations.
