I am a B.Com. (Hons.) student at Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, with a CGPA of 8.09 and a strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR Analytics. I have gained practical experience as a Fundraiser Intern at Pledge A Smile Foundation, where I developed strong communication, relationship-building, persuasion and follow-up skills. I have also worked on HR Analytics and Sales Analytics projects using Excel, strengthening my ability to work with data, PivotTables, formulas, charts and data visualisation. I am eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and contribute to recruitment, people operations and data-driven HR initiatives. I am a quick learner, organised, communicative and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
