  • Lightweight EV Motor Mount Design & FEA Optimization
    CATIA V5, ANSYS Workbench

    Designed a lightweight EV motor mounting bracket in CATIA V5, considering load paths, mounting constraints and manufacturability. Performed engineering calculations and ANSYS Static Structural analysis under representative acceleration, braking and vertical loading conditions. Optimized rib geometry, fillets and section thickness using FEA results; developed a manufacturing drawing incorporating GD&T.

  • CubeSat Structural & Thermal Analysis
    ANSYS Workbench

    Developed an engineering model of a CubeSat structure and analysed it using Static Structural, Thermal, Modal and Buckling analyses in ANSYS Workbench. Evaluated structural response under representative loading and thermal conditions, and interpreted FEA results to identify design improvements.

  • Deployable Node Sensor Rover
    CAD, Robotics, System Integration

    Developed CAD concepts and 3D models for a low-cost mobile rover designed to transport and deploy sensor nodes. Worked on the magazine-based storage and servo-operated release mechanism, alongside component selection, electronics and mechanical assembly. Completed system integration and movement/deployment testing, incorporating feedback through iterative design improvements.

    Developed an Arduino-based distance measurement system using sensor interfacing and embedded control logic.
