I am a detail-oriented Accounting and Audit Professional with over two years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliations, and external audit. I have experience working with SMEs and corporate accounting environments, preparing financial records, reviewing journals and ledgers, supporting statutory compliance, and performing risk-based audit procedures. Currently working as an Audit Associate – External, I am experienced in transaction testing, evaluating internal controls, and auditing high-risk financial areas. I am also familiar with ERP systems, QuickBooks, MyBoss Cloud, and Microsoft Office. I am currently pursuing the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) qualification and have completed AAT.
