Projects

• Drug Categorisation Pipeline
  Python, Scikit-learn, SMOTE, EDA

  Developed a multi-class ML pipeline to categorise pharmaceutical drugs from patient health metrics. Compared several models, corrected SMOTE data leakage, and validated class-level performance with confusion matrices.

• Cancer Risk Classification Model
  Python, Scikit-learn, Streamlit, SMOTE, Random Forest

  Engineered an 8-feature classification model to predict cancer-risk probability from clinical data and deployed it as a live Streamlit application. Compared multiple algorithms and achieved strong accuracy, AUC-ROC, and F1-score through cross-validation.

• Instagram Personal Analytics Dashboard

  Built a multi-page Power BI dashboard from personal Instagram export data covering engagement, story, and ad-interaction metrics. Modeled datasets into a relational schema and authored DAX measures for click-through rate and engagement totals.

• India Weather Analysis & Rainfall Prediction
  Python, Power BI, Pandas, Seaborn, Scikit-learn

  Processed 970,000+ weather observations and handled 200,000+ missing values using statistical imputation. Evaluated a rainfall regression model, documented overfitting, and built interactive dashboards for rainfall and climate trends.

• Kerala Election Results Power BI Dashboard
  Power BI, DAX, Data Visualisation

  Built a six-page dashboard covering 140 constituencies, 14 districts, and 42 political parties with interactive constituency-level exploration. Created DAX measures for vote share, margin of victory, and alliance-level seat aggregation.

• Sales Analytics Power BI Dashboard
  Power BI, DAX

  Designed an interactive executive dashboard to track KPI metrics, revenue trends, and period-on-period sales performance. Authored custom DAX measures and calculated columns to surface a 34% revenue anomaly and enabled drill-through to transaction-level detail.
