Built a cross-platform mobile app that lets friend groups pool and track shared savings goals, with a React Native client and a Node.js/Express/MongoDB backend. Modeled the data layer with Mongoose schemas and implemented core group- and vault-management functionality.

Built an end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system that lets students upload academic PDFs and receive source- and page-grounded answers. Engineered the document pipeline with PyPDF text extraction, chunking, and FAISS vector retrieval, integrated a locally hosted Qwen2.5-0.5B-Instruct LLM via Hugging Face Transformers, and exposed the system through FastAPI REST endpoints with a React/TypeScript frontend.
