  Built to address the lack of affordable, multi-tenant CRM tooling for mid-size real estate agencies, supporting isolated tenant data, lead scoring, and role-based dashboards. Designed a NestJS + PostgreSQL backend with Redis + BullMQ queues handling lead-assignment and notification jobs asynchronously, deployed on Azure via Docker with GitHub Actions CI/CD.

• Formiq – Event-Driven Form Processing Platform ↗

  Built to enable reliable, horizontally scalable form ingestion without third-party dependencies, architected to hold up under heavy submission load. Implemented an async pipeline using Redis + BullMQ workers with exponential-backoff retries and a dead-letter queue, using stateless workers and structured logging for reliable delivery.
