  Built a soft ensemble of ConvNeXt-Base + ViT-B/16 on 2,305 histopathology images, achieving an AUC-ROC of 0.90; designed and documented a scalable batch inference pipeline across the full ML lifecycle. Diagnosed and resolved data leakage using slide-aware GroupShuffleSplit and tuned Focal Loss, 8-fold TTA, and MixUp augmentation.
