  Corrected broken visual hierarchy and content order across Home and Explore screens; restructured layout to reduce friction and improve content discovery.

  Addressed the problem of low and unsustainable income for small Indian farmers through an AI-powered guidance platform. Conducted empathy research and user surveys, designed an AI advisor with multilingual access and voice interaction, and iterated based on prototype testing feedback.

• Livana — Rental Marketplace App ↗

  Identified the problem through personal rental-search experience; conducted 5 user interviews to understand pain points of both listers and finders. Defined information architecture, navigation hierarchy, and end-to-end user flows for listing creation, identity verification, and search/filter. Designed an identity verification flow to build trust between users and reduce spam listings. Created high-fidelity Figma screens with consistent visual language and accessibility across the full user journey.
