Analysed gene–protein interaction information to identify candidate therapeutic biomarkers associated with hepatocellular carcinoma. Conducted protein–ligand molecular docking using PyRx to evaluate potential interactions between candidate compounds and target proteins. Worked with cancer-associated molecular pathways and interpreted biological data to support identification of potential therapeutic targets. Applied computational approaches to organize and interpret molecular datasets relevant to cancer biology.
