Quadcopter Drone Design & AssemblyFusion 360, 3D Printing, ESP32, BLDC Motors
Designed the complete quadcopter frame in Fusion 360, including the base plate, arms, support plate, component clearances, and precise mounting holes, followed by CAD assembly. Integrated 2 ESP32 boards, 4 × 1500 KV BLDC motors, 4 × 30 A ESCs, and a 2200 mAh battery, with dedicated mounting provisions for electronic components. Fabricated the frame using 3D printing and performed physical component mounting and assembly, incorporating an IMU/flight-control system for orientation sensing and flight stabilization.

Friction Stir Welding (FSW) Simulation with Water CoolingFusion 360, COMSOL Multiphysics
Designed and assembled the FSW tool and workpiece components in Fusion 360, then prepared the assembly for multiphysics simulation. Developed the FSW simulation environment in COMSOL Multiphysics, defining tool motion, welding velocity, rotational speed, material properties, boundary conditions, and water-cooling conditions. Investigated friction-induced heat generation and transient temperature distribution to study thermal behavior during the FSW process.
