• AI-Driven Cervical Oncogenesis Risk Stratification Framework
  Machine Learning

  Developed an ML-based framework for cervical cancer risk prediction and stratification using clinical and behavioral health data. Performed EDA, data preprocessing, feature engineering, encoding, and SMOTE-based class balancing to improve model reliability. Compared Random Forest, XGBoost, and CatBoost models using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC. Optimized the best-performing model and developed an interactive prediction interface for real-time cervical cancer risk assessment.
