  • DNA Restriction Site Finder
    Python, Bioinformatics

    Developed a tool to identify restriction enzyme recognition sites in DNA sequences, simulated cleavage positions for multiple commonly used enzymes, and designed an expandable enzyme database.

  • DNA Mutation Simulator
    Python, Computational Biology

    Built a mutation simulation tool performing substitution, insertion, and deletion mutations. Modeled downstream RNA transcription and protein translation, compared original and mutated amino acid sequences, and applied modular programming principles.

  • DNA Sequence Analyzer
    Python, Genomics

    Designed and developed a Python application for comprehensive DNA sequence analysis. Calculated nucleotide composition, GC/AT content, and purine-pyrimidine distribution, simulated RNA transcription and translated RNA into protein, and generated structured biological reports through a command-line interface.
