AI-Powered Document/Complaint Assistant (RAG)

Built a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system to answer natural-language questions over uploaded documents, extending the Complaint Management System's data. Used LangChain to orchestrate embedding, retrieval, and prompt-grounded LLM responses, with FAISS/Chroma as the vector store. Exposed the pipeline via a FastAPI backend and containerized the application with Docker for one-command setup.
