AI Agent Workforce Platform

Built a multi-tenant platform where businesses assign tasks to permissioned Operations and Customer Support agents, with auditable results. Enforced separation of duties so the initiating owner cannot approve their own request; added tenant isolation, scoped API keys and a Vault secrets adapter. Delivered reliable task delivery with a transactional outbox on Redis Streams. Verified the backend with 185 automated tests on PostgreSQL 17 and Redis, plus HTTPS smoke checks and Docker builds.
