I am a highly experienced and results-driven freight forwarding and logistics professional with more than 20 years of experience across import, export, customs clearing, freight estimating, customer service and logistics coordination. Experienced in airfreight, sea freight and road freight, with a strong understanding of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, freight documentation, quotations and end-to-end shipment coordination. Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation for being reliable, dedicated, detail-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, freight agents and internal teams. My experience includes preparing and managing freight quotations and RFQs, coordinating imports and exports, monitoring shipments, resolving operational challenges and ensuring that documentation and processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
