Developed a multi-layer analytics solution combining Python EDA, SQLite business queries, and an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze restaurant performance and customer engagement. Implemented Holt-Winters exponential smoothing to forecast order demand and identified BTM and Koramangala as top revenue zones, with North Indian cuisine as the dominant demand driver.
