Implemented a Random Forest classification pipeline with 100 decision trees using Python, Pandas, and Scikit-learn, processing 10,000+ equipment records across 6 operational features to predict machine-failure probability. Engineered 9 REST API endpoints using Flask and Flask-CORS for machine-risk prediction, repair tracking, task assignment, technician workload management, progress updates, and maintenance history. Built a closed-loop maintenance workflow spanning 3 user roles, enabling managers to assign high-risk machines, technicians to update repair progress, and completed tasks to automatically trigger repair closure.
