I am birunth B, a 2nd-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture student at the College of Agriculture and Technology, Theni. I am passionate about agriculture and interested in learning how modern agricultural practices, scientific research, and technology can contribute to better crop production and sustainable farming. My academic interests include Soil Science, Entomology, Crop Production, Agricultural Research, Sustainable Agriculture, and other areas related to agricultural sciences. I am particularly interested in understanding soil properties, crop growth, plant protection, insects and their management, and the practical application of agricultural knowledge. Through my academic studies, I am developing a strong foundation in agriculture and gaining knowledge about different aspects of farming and agricultural production. I am interested in exploring practical opportunities where I can apply what I learn in college and gain real-world experience. I also have basic skills in Canva and PowerPoint Presentation, which help me prepare academic presentations, projects, and visual content. I am interested in improving my technical knowledge, research skills, presentation skills, communication skills, and overall professional abilities. I consider myself a quick learner, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn new things. I am comfortable taking up new challenges and learning from experienced professionals. I believe that continuous learning and practical experience are important for developing a successful career. I am currently looking for internship, part-time, and entry-level opportunities related to Agriculture, Agricultural Research, Soil Science, Entomology, Crop Production, Sustainable Agriculture, and related fields. I am also open to opportunities involving research, content creation, data-related work, and agricultural projects where I can develop useful professional skills. I am especially interested in remote and flexible opportunities that can be managed alongside my college studies. My aim is to gain practical exposure, contribute to meaningful projects, learn from professionals, and build a strong foundation for my future career in the agriculture sector. I am always interested in learning, improving myself, and gaining new experiences that can help me grow both academically and professionally.Apart from my academic interests, I am interested in developing skills that can help me understand the agriculture sector from both scientific and practical perspectives. I would like to learn more about modern farming methods, precision agriculture, integrated pest management, soil health management, sustainable crop production, and agricultural technologies. I am also interested in agricultural research and enjoy learning about how scientific observations and data can be used to understand problems in crop production and develop practical solutions. My interest in Entomology motivates me to learn more about beneficial and harmful insects, pest identification, and environmentally friendly pest management approaches. My interest in Soil Science encourages me to understand soil fertility, soil health, nutrient management, and the relationship between soil and crop productivity. I believe internships are a valuable opportunity for students because they provide exposure beyond classroom learning. I would like to work on real projects, understand professional working environments, interact with experienced people, and learn how to communicate and complete tasks effectively. I am also working on improving my communication and presentation abilities. I enjoy preparing presentations and learning how to present information in a simple and understandable way. I am interested in using digital tools such as Canva and PowerPoint to create clear and useful educational and academic content. I am open to learning new software, tools, and skills whenever required for a project. I can adapt to new tasks and am willing to put consistent effort into improving my knowledge.
