    Collaborating with the Data Science Theory and Applications group on isometry-invariant descriptors of molecular point clouds, applying the group’s geometric data science framework to the QM9/GDB-9 quantum chemistry dataset. Implementing and validating complete isometry invariants in Python, building an end-to-end pipeline from raw .xyz atomic coordinates through descriptor computation to validated output.

    Added the Sloan Sparse Matrix Ordering algorithm to the existing list of routing algorithms present in the pgRouting codebase, included in the official release of version 4.0.0. Devised methods to reduce bandwidth and wavefront of undirected graphs using C++ and Boost Graph Library integration with PostgreSQL. Created documentation, test cases and usage examples for production deployment.
