• AI-First CRM – HCP Module (Log Interaction Screen) Web Application

  Built a React.js and Redux Toolkit front end combining a structured form with a conversational chat interface for CRM interaction logging. Designed a FastAPI backend exposing REST endpoints to persist interaction records and route chat messages to an AI agent. Developed a LangGraph AI agent with five custom tools powered by Groq LLM to convert natural language into structured CRM records.
