About

I am an MCA student with a strong interest in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, currently building my technical and analytical skills to pursue a career in the data field. I have a BCA background and a good foundation in programming, databases, data analysis, and problem-solving. I am particularly interested in understanding how data can be transformed into meaningful insights that support better decision-making and solve real-world problems. I have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Excel, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and basic Machine Learning concepts. I enjoy working with datasets, cleaning and organizing data, exploring patterns, performing analysis, creating visualizations, and interpreting results. I am continuously improving my knowledge of statistics, data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques. One of my key academic projects is “Survival Gambit: The Titanic Dilemma,” a data analysis and machine learning project based on the Titanic dataset. Through this project, I worked with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data handling and preprocessing, and Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization and exploratory analysis. I analyzed different factors that could influence passenger survival, identified patterns within the dataset, and worked with a Logistic Regression model to predict survival outcomes. This project helped me understand the practical workflow of a data science project, from preparing raw data and exploring the dataset to visualizing information and building a basic predictive model. I also have experience working with SQL and databases, where I understand concepts such as creating and managing tables, retrieving data using queries, filtering and sorting records, joins, aggregate functions, and other fundamental database operations. I am interested in improving my SQL skills further and learning how SQL is used in real-world analytics environments to extract, transform, and analyze business data. Along with my data-related skills, I have experience with Java, DBMS, and programming fundamentals, which have strengthened my logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. I am comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to different development and analytical environments. I also have experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel for organizing and working with data. I am currently looking for an opportunity as a Data Analyst Intern, Data Analytics Intern, Data Science Intern, or Junior Data/Business Analyst Intern where I can apply my existing knowledge while gaining practical industry experience. I am especially interested in opportunities where I can work with real-world datasets, perform data cleaning and analysis, build reports and visualizations, support business decisions, and learn from experienced professionals. As a fresher, I understand the importance of continuously learning and developing practical skills. I am willing to learn technologies and tools that are commonly used in the industry, including Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, advanced SQL, statistical analysis, machine learning, and other data analytics platforms. I am comfortable working independently when required and also enjoy collaborating with team members to solve problems and complete tasks effectively. I consider myself a quick learner, responsible team player, and motivated individual. I approach problems with curiosity and try to understand the reason behind the data rather than simply producing results. I am interested in exploring patterns, asking meaningful questions, and communicating findings clearly. I believe these qualities are important for developing into a successful data professional. My current goal is to obtain an internship where I can bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry experience. I want to work on meaningful projects, understand professional data workflows, receive feedback from experienced team members, and improve my technical and analytical abilities. I am open to learning from challenges and taking responsibility for assigned tasks. I am particularly motivated to build a long-term career in Data Analytics and Data Science. I want to develop strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence while gaining exposure to real-world applications of data. I believe an internship will provide the right environment for me to strengthen my skills, understand industry expectations, and contribute to an organization's goals. I am actively seeking paid internship opportunities in Bengaluru where I can contribute my skills in Python, SQL, Excel, Pandas, NumPy, data analysis.
