    Built a production-ready deepfake audio detection system in PyTorch, achieving 2.544% EER, 97.46% accuracy, and 0.9957 ROC-AUC on an 18,480-file cross-domain test split. Trained and benchmarked models across four speech corpora to validate cross-domain generalization. Engineered a physics-informed regularization module, an attentive temporal pooling layer, and self-supervised speech backbones to improve detection robustness.

    Analyzed 5,000 student records across 13 data columns to predict a continuous mental health wellness score. Engineered a feature pipeline using ColumnTransformer and optimized a Random Forest Regressor via RandomizedSearchCV before deploying the serialized model through a REST backend.
