Built Express.js REST APIs and MongoDB models for users and conversations, securing sessions with JWT authentication. Node.js, Express.js, Redis, MongoDB

Built a Node.js/Express.js reservation backend with Redis and MongoDB to prevent double-booking during competing seat requests. Implemented atomic Redis locks with TTL expiry and background cleanup to release timed-out and abandoned holds. Designed a PENDING booking lifecycle with rollback on failed database writes to keep Redis locks and MongoDB booking records consistent.
