  • House Price Prediction
    Python, Scikit-learn

    Compared Linear Regression and Random Forest models to predict housing prices from real estate data. Applied feature engineering and outlier removal during preprocessing and evaluated performance using RMSE, MAE, and R².

  • Arabic Text Classification System
    Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Streamlit

    Trained 6 models across 3 categories for Arabic text classification and deployed a Streamlit interface for real-time demonstrations. Compiled labeled training data from ARPD and AJGT sources and corrected a data leakage issue caused by a diacritics-based feature.

  • Smart Knowledge Chatbot with RAG
    Python, FastAPI, FAISS, PostgreSQL (pgvector), Ollama, Groq API

    Built a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbot that answers questions from uploaded PDFs and images using semantic search. Designed a FastAPI backend integrating PyMuPDF for PDF parsing, CLIP for image understanding, and SentenceTransformers embeddings with a FAISS/pgvector vector store.
