    Designed and built a 3-tier system with a Spring Boot REST backend and Python FastAPI ML microservice, with automatic fallback to a rule engine when the ML service is unavailable. Included explainable disease-risk scoring, trained and versioned 7 ML models, weather integration, OpenAI-powered features, testing, CI/CD, and Capacitor-based Android packaging.
