• Mint Classics SQL Inventory Analysis
  MySQL, Power BI

  Analysed inventory, sales and warehouse capacity data using MySQL. Identified the 1985 Toyota Supra as excess inventory: 7,733 units with no recorded sales. Built a Power BI dashboard to present the findings. Recommended consolidating the South warehouse into West, raising utilization from ~75% to ~81.8% after the transfer.

• PMPML Bus Operations Analysis
  Research Project, Statistical Analysis

  Analysed survey data from 178 PMPML passengers to assess service reliability. Developed a P-OTPI using 8 indicators, generating a reliability score of 0.45. Applied descriptive statistics to identify key reliability gaps and service improvements.

• Thailand Tourism Forecasting
  EViews, Econometrics

  Analysed 64 quarterly observations (2004–2019) of Thailand’s tourist arrivals using EViews. Applied ADF, ACF/PACF and Box–Jenkins methodology to develop an ARIMA(0,1,1) model. Generated 2020–2021 counterfactual forecasts, estimating quarterly arrivals of 2.7–2.8 million without COVID-19.
