  Built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation chatbot for telecom customer support questions. Processed documents into semantic embeddings, stored them in ChromaDB, and integrated retrieved context with an LLM for context-aware responses.

• Agentic AI Shopping Assistant

  Built an AI-powered shopping agent that understands natural-language product requests and provides relevant recommendations. Developed tools for product search, review retrieval, rating analysis, and checkout operations, and implemented an agentic tool-calling workflow for autonomous tool selection and execution.
