I have Matric, ICDL, PC Engineering, A+, N+, Electrical Wiring L2, Working on Heights and over 10 years of experience working as an ICT Tech  and over 7 years as Computer Trainer  where I gained valuable hands-on experience in this field. My duties included setting up, configuring, installing, support and maintaining desktop, laptops, Netbooks, Smartphones, Routers, Switches, Two-way radios, Transmitters, Receivers, Broadband Technologies, RF/ Wireless equipment, Antennas 2.4Ghz up to 11Ghz, terminating CAT 5e and CAT 6, Running Feeders, Earthing, Labeling and related equipment for the company and testing the systems to make sure everything was functioning correctly. It also included conducting tests, running diagnostics and troubleshooting problems to find solutions. Ability and willingness to climb masts of up to 200m and ability to use a variety of tools including multimeter, drills, ratchets, hammers, allen keys, crimping tools.

I also have experience reading schematics and blueprints, implementing patches and making repairs when necessary. I am familiar with a variety of operating systems such as Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, MAC OS, Android, IOS, Linux, Unifi, Winbox, and Terminal and also familiar with Microsoft Office, Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks, and Luritz SAMS along with a variety of other programs. Networking knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, and ICMP. Have a good knowledge of desktop and networking fundamentals, have hands on experience building networks and infrastructure, wireless antennas and desktop. Trained end users on usage of computer hardware, software and connectivity devices. Performed long-term fault, configuration, performance and security management of Desktops and Network systems.

I am team-orientated, dependable, highly focused and I have strong decision-making skills. I also possess the following competencies:  excellent communication skills, Customer/Client Service and support, Numerical and Reasoning, Accountability Reliability, A Teamwork, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise way. I manage my time wisely, so I have the ability to keep several projects going at once but I always maintain a pleasant, easy-going attitude even when dealing with a heavy workload.
