Booster Juice has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Procurement Manager to take procurement to the next level!
This full-time in-person position is based out of our corporate office in Edmonton, AB.

As our Procurement Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain—ensuring we secure top-quality suppliers, negotiate the best contract terms, streamline logistics, and maintain optimal inventory levels. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can navigate global supply chain challenges, drive cost efficiencies, and improve procurement strategies to support our growing business.
What you”ll do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchasing, and contract management.
- Oversee import processes, customs compliance, and logistics coordination to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing, volume rebates, and contract terms.
- Oversee warehouse operations and optimize inventory management to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including customs requirements, import/export laws, and supply chain best practices.
- Collaborate with key internal departments such as Marketing, Store Development, Accounting, and Franchising to align procurement with business needs.
- Continuously improve purchasing methods, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance.
- Identify new suppliers and build strategic partnerships to support business growth and innovation.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3-5 years of direct procurement experience with a strong background in purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
- 3+ years of management experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role.
- 3+ years of experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on imports, customs, and distribution.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of cost reduction, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Experience in restaurant supply chain, transportation, and international procurement is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Customs Certified Specialist (CCS) designation and familiarity with CBSA’s CARM Client Portal are assets.
