Job Description
The Customer Success Operations Analyst reports to the Manager II, Host Success Operations and will also assist in internal communication & change management, ongoing adoption & training of tools, and providing strategic recommendations for technology & broader business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the Salesforce Administrator to maintain & enhance Salesforce systems
- Manage and optimize the tech stack used by Host Success, ensuring all tools are effectively integrated and utilized to their fullest potential
- Drive adoption & usability of tech stack, including ongoing training & education for dozens of end users
- Proactively evaluate & provide recommendations on tools that improve efficiency & automation
- Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Document process descriptions, workflow flow mapping, & required data elements
- Create an internal change management process to communicate new initiatives and projects to the Host Success organization & key stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to develop roadmaps with clear timelines, deliverables, & metrics to measure success
Your profile
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Salesforce Administration Certified
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data to help make informed decisions
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce & other relevant SaaS tooling
- Strong organization & project management skills
- Excellent communication & training skills to collaborate with various teams
- Expert reporting skills and proven experience leveraging data to provide actionable insights
- Ability to think strategically on both short term & long term visions
- Capable of identifying issues, analyze problems, & creating solutions
- Strong attention to detail
For this role, the target base salary range in Phoenix is $82,000-$103,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
