Mon – Fri 8 AM- 5 PM (AEST) includes 1h unpaid break.
Job Description: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller
Responsibilities
- Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients
- Follow provided scripts to effectively communicate client offerings
- Overcome objections and address hesitations from prospects
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team while on the initial call
- Adapt communication style for different types of businesses and services
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets
Scope
- Handle appointment setting for 2-3 different client accounts
- Focus on high-level conversations, avoiding overly technical details
- Utilize various communication methods including phone, SMS, and email
- Work within a flexible schedule, starting part-time with potential for full-time
- Opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in high-volume cold calling or telemarketing is a must
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to different conversation scenarios
- Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
