Job Description
This role focuses on HR operations, covering reporting, compliance, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include managing leave management data, employee benefits, and HR systems and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. The candidate will also drive employee engagement initiatives and provide administrative support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR tools are key requirements.
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring the employee to be in-office at least three (3) days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two (2) days. Due to ArchLynk’s global nature, this role may occasionally need to adjust working hours to coordinate with international teams across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and generate HR reports, documents, and presentations, as required. Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR reporting. Take complete ownership to close the data administration requests, including follow-up with the requestor to collect missing information and / or informing approval requirements
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations by maintaining compliance with local and state guidelines.
- Working in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for always protecting Data Privacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
- Handle complete onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, asset allocation, background verification etc.
- Support the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for resigned employees.
- Provide support for payroll activities, including gathering data, verifying timesheets, and resolving any payroll discrepancies.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee-related benefits.
- Manage HR software and platforms, ensuring data integrity and assisting employees with system-related queries like Leave & Attendance Management System, etc. Accountable to ensure Employee HR records are accurately created and / or maintained in HR Systems.
- Provide general HR administrative support, maintaining HR files, and handling HR-related correspondence, planning events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience
- Post-Graduation – any specialization (PGDBM/MBA in HR is required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal English communication
- Hands-on experience of all MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience with HRIS tools and vendor management
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others
- Open to work in flexible time zones
