Description

As a Brand Designer at Tabby, you’ll play a key role in designing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. We’re looking for someone who can bring creativity and precision to email design and build, particularly within Customer.io, as well as craft compelling social media visuals, in-app ads and banners. This role is essential in helping us inspire our customers to rethink how their shoppers pay, earn and save money. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing Managers and the Brand Studio team to create high-quality, engaging visual content that drives impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build marketing emails, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong visual appeal. Experience with Customer.io is a plus.
  • Create social media graphics that align with Tabby’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Design in-app ads and banners to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies, identifying target audiences and crafting visual content that resonates with Tabby’s merchants.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the most effective channels and tactics for reaching customers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, maintaining high-quality visuals that align with Tabby’s branding.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Leverage data insights to refine design strategies and optimize creative content.

This might be right for you if:

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in brand or visual design.
  • You are highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop). Bonus points if you have experience in motion design.
  • You have experience designing and building emails, preferably in Customer.io or similar platforms.
  • You have a strong ability to communicate your design thinking and decisions both visually and in writing.
  • You understand graphic design principles and best practices for different digital channels.
  • You stay up to date with current visual design trends and know how to apply them effectively.
  • You thrive in cross-functional collaborations with technical and commercial teams.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • You are proficient in English design work; bonus points if you can design in Arabic.
