How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager, Regional Intelligence Security will join the team to support a wide range of stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) by providing threat assessments and intelligence to ensure the safety of employees, facilities, guests, and the Disney brand.

The Manager, Regional Intelligence Security, must confidently provide business-relevant insights and recommendations to senior decision-makers, ensuring that intelligence translates into actionable security strategies.

The position is required to respond to emerging threats, conduct risk assessments for business operations, productions, and corporate initiatives, and monitor the regional risk environment. This role involves preparing strategic assessments to inform stakeholders about risks associated with business development, expansion, and operational decisions.

The Manager, Regional Intelligence Security will be responsible for:

Reporting:

  • Produces intelligence assessments, updates, and situational reports from open and closed sources.
  • Manage information updates from professional networks on international, national, and local intelligence that may impact TWDC security.
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on regional security, threat intelligence, social media risks, and international affairs.

Analysis:

  • Monitors and anticipates regional security threats and scenarios.
  • Provides written and verbal assessments, briefings, and warning forecasts for TWDC executives and LATAM Security management.
  • Identifies potential security risks and recommends proactive strategies to mitigate threats before they escalate.

Writing and Presentation:

  • Develop high-quality intelligence reports and briefings for senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicates complex security assessments in clear, concise, and business-relevant language.
  • Represents the intelligence function in executive discussions in the absence of Security Leadership.

Partnering:

  • Build strategic partnerships within TWDC, government entities, and industry organizations.
  • Strengthens relationships with internal security teams, corporate partners, and key external stakeholders to enhance intelligence capabilities.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in a related field (International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice).
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, risk assessment, or security operations.
  • Advanced level of English (required).
  • Proven experience in government, law enforcement, military, or private sector intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide business-relevant insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing geopolitical, economic, and social risks.
  • Flexibility and availability to travel to other countries and regions
