Executive, Sustainability & CR

The Executive, Sustainability & CR – Project Management and Reporting will focus on managing sustainability projects and CR programmes, ensuring effective execution and reporting. This role involves tracking sustainability initiatives, analysing impact, and preparing reports. Additionally, it includes overseeing sustainability workshops, CR events, and financial literacy initiatives as part of project execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability projects and CR programmes from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Structure and implement initiatives that contribute to Sustainable Finance and the improvement of household livelihoods through clear project planning and execution.
• Oversee reporting on sustainability projects, product sustainability, and CR campaign performance, ensuring alignment with Maybank Group Sustainability Commitments.
• Collect and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability-related regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks, integrating best practices into project execution.
• Organise sustainability workshops, CR events, and financial literacy programmes as part of structured project rollouts.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sustainability, CR, and financial literacy initiatives.
• Support communication efforts by preparing structured reports, presentations, and key materials that highlight the progress and impact of sustainability and CR programmes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in campaign/project management within sustainability or related fields.
• Proficiency in developing and executing campaigns and projects management.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities with internal and external partners.
