The Role
We’re on the hunt for an HR rockstar who knows the iGaming/Gambling world in Thailand like the back of their hand. If you’ve got the skills to attract affiliate managers, media buyers, and other top-tier industry pros, we want you on our team! Your mission, should you choose to accept it: build a powerhouse local team that’s ready to take the iGaming world by storm.
You should have at least 1 year of experience in iGaming/Gambling recruitment and a list of industry connections so long it needs its own area code.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, you’ll do it all like a pro.
- Build and maintain a talent pool so amazing, we’ll be able to fill positions faster than a jackpot payout.
- Team up with local agencies, partners, and communities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Keep employees happy, engaged, and make sure they stick around longer than a bonus round at a casino.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an HR specialist or recruiter in iGaming/Gambling (bonus points if you’ve got a secret handshake with industry insiders).
- Deep understanding of the Thailand iGaming market – you know the players, the trends, the memes.
- An existing network of rockstar candidates (affiliate managers, media buyers, arbitrage specialists, etc.).
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and HRM systems (because we like to stay organized).
- Fluency in Thai / Vietnamese and English (because we’re all about communication, and Google Translate only gets us so far).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with iGaming companies (if you’ve helped build a winning team, you’re basically our hero).
- Strong connections in the industry (advertising agencies, arbitrage specialists, CPA networks – if you know, you know).
