The Role
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize content for SMS, email, and push notifications to maximize player engagement and retention.
- Develop tailored messaging for different audience segments, ensuring relevance and high conversion rates.
- Work closely with CRM, marketing, and design teams to craft compelling campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and player behavior to ensure content remains engaging and competitive.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all communication channels
Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and conversion-driven content.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice-to-have
- Understanding of CRM strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
