Responsibilities
- Lead kick-off meetings with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies and guide clients through the hiring process.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer extension.
- Present top-tier candidates to clients with detailed assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and collect client feedback.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
Desired Skills
- 2+ years in recruitment (agency experience is a plus!).
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
