Visual Merchandising Manager

Our Louis Vuitton stores in the Miami Metro area are seeking an agile and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager. This role includes leading the in-store visual merchandising strategy, while continuously elevating the environment and maintaining luxury retail standards in order to enhance both the business and the client experience.

Job responsibilities

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a proactive force leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales.
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories within the store.
• Managing all aspects of store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
• Leading window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
• Collaborating with the store team on business events (sales trends, new launches, new collections, special events).

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising and a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment. The key qualifications include:

• Previously held a senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
• Experience leading visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.
• Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
• Proficiency in window installations and experience with Ready To Wear, Leather Goods, and Accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
