We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event and PR Specialist to drive event management and PR efforts. This role focuses on creating memorable experiences, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing brand visibility through well-planned events, strategic communications, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing internal and external events of various scales, including office engagement activities, corporate parties, PR and Employer Branding events, CSR activities, etc.
  • Overseeing event execution, capturing photos and videos, and managing pre- and post-event PR promotions.
  • Ensuring proper communication and engagement of target audiences for organized events.
  • Enhancing employee engagement by securing partnerships and exclusive discount offers for company employees.
  • Keeping employees informed about upcoming events and benefits through various communication channels.
  • Maintaining and updating all necessary technical equipment and materials required for successful event execution.
  • Organizing seasonal and special occasion office decorations.
  • Contracting and supervising service providers/vendors to ensure the seamless implementation of events and PR activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, PR, or marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
