Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. They ensure a smooth candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and hire top talent efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality
- 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
