At tbi bank, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging materials for both digital and print. You’ll contribute to marketing campaigns and help shape our visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and creativity in all your designs.
You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create compelling visuals that align with our brand and meet our business goals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about design, follows brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table, and has strong problem-solving skills. What You’ll do:
- Create visually stunning and engaging static and dynamic visuals for social media, mockups, websites, and other digital assets
- Adapt and optimize designs for different formats, maintaining brand consistency and high-quality execution
- Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts that enhance storytelling and elevate brand identity
- Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, stickers, billboards and other
- Work on brand projects such as branding materials, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate closely Product and Development teams to create assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools and best practices to continuously innovate
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar graphic design role
- Experience in creating social media content, with an understanding of platform-specific requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Experience in UX/ UI, motion design, video editing, or similar will be considered a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through design
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to develop compelling visuals
- Ability to adapt to feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Motivation to grow, improve, and learn new skills
