Job Description

We are looking for experienced Paralegals with a strong background in U.S. law to support attorneys in legal research, case preparation, and document management. As a Paralegal, you will assist with litigation, business filings, intellectual property matters, and other legal processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. The salary starts at $1125.00 per month.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in litigation support, particularly during the discovery phase and court filings.
  • Experience working with US law firms
  • Strong understanding of USDC and Superior Court forms and procedures.
  • Experience tracking dockets and deadlines to ensure legal compliance.
  • Proficiency in business filings, especially related to CA and DE Secretary of State requirements.
  • Familiarity with IP law, including conducting USPTO trademark searches and filings.
  • Strong research skills to efficiently gather and analyze legal information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy in formatting and content.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court officials.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage case files and multiple tasks systematically.

Platforms & Tools:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Legal case management software

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience working with US law firms
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365 (Formerly known as Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2
  • Appropriate work-from-home environment
  • Personal computer with 8GB+ RAM
  • 25 – 50 Mbps Internet Speed minimum
